Our services are economically priced and many people have said they are very cost effective as small and medium sized growers would take a long time to pay off the capital investment and would then be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment. Before you invest a lot of money into post harvest equipment, chat with us to determine if we can take the load off your shoulders and provide you with a quality service. We ask you to call early as production spots do fill up.
Drying Your Crop
We have facilities to dry you field crop that will limit exposure to mites and pathogens that can infect your garlic when traditional hanging methods are used.
Brushing
Our brushing machinery cleans excess dirt and dust from the outer layers of your garlic making it look much more appealing while minimizing damage and without taking outer wrapping layers off the garlic which extends the storability.
Grading
Our grading equipment is not designed for speed but for minimizing damage to garlic. Grading provides your garlic to be sorted by size which will allow you to get the best price for your garlic.
Cracking
As you grow in the amount of garlic you plant each year you may find that cracking your garlic by hand is not only tedious and time consuming but still results in some damage to your garlic. Garlic should be cracked and then planted within a few days of each step (cracking & planting). Spend your time preparing your field and equipment and leave the cracking to us.
